The great news is it doesn’t need to be that complicated! At Bari Eats, we’ve done all the hard work for you with a variety of weight loss surgery friendly recipes at your fingertips. I’m a bariatric dietitian, who’s worked in the field of weight loss surgery for more than 15 years. Contrary to popular belief, I don’t actually love cooking, but do absolutely adore good tasting food!! I’ve therefore used my passion to ‘cut corners’ in the kitchen, in combination with my clinical nutrition knowledge to create e-books that are stupidly simple and ridiculously tasty while meeting your surgical nutrition targets.
